About the competition

Every 2nd year, the official European Wushu Championships are held in different countries in Europe.  The competition includes both junior and senior age classes. The competition includes two major categories: 
Taolu (forms), a sequence of techniques to be performed within 1,5-2 minutes.
Sanda is the full contact fighting system with punches, kicks, and takedowns performed on an 80 cm platform, with the best out of two 2-minute rounds.
